Menus

With crisp green vegetables, leafy salads and a wealth of seafood, spring heralds the arrival of the season’s finest British produce. So, we’ve spring cleaned our menus and added dishes such as the summer vegetable salad with mustard seeds, tarragon, baby chard and basil oil served with either salmon, chicken or prawn lollipops; the lobster burger with fennel and spring onion salad; and prawn stuffed avocado with coriander and caper mayonnaise.

Spring also brings the fragrant aromas and dazzling colours of edible wild flowers, with roses, hibiscus and violets blooming – and they’re adorning many of our new cocktails. Sip in style with concoctions including the Violette Pisco sour – Pisco shaken with Violette liqueur, fresh lemon and egg white or a marigold martini – bols genever shaken with earl grey tea syrup, fresh lemon and edible gold.

We take our food just as seriously, ensuring we are always sourcing local, seasonal and organic ingredients wherever possible. We believe quality ingredients speak for themselves. Whether it is morning brunch, light lunches, sharing plates or mains, you will find the same freshness and innovation you will learn to expect from us, whatever time of day. The menu centres on comfort food and sharing, with imaginative small plates and boards for two or more. The menu tempts further with a host of gourmet sandwiches, burgers and salads including the famous Anthologist steak sandwich – finely cut scotch beef with garlic and paprika cream on caramelised honey Tortano bread.

Gearing up for the grape, the Anthologist take their love of wine seriously, offering over 50 bins including more than 40 of their best vintages by the glass. Thanks to our enomatic and unique swipe-card system you can top up your card and purchase wine directly from the enomatic. Clink glasses and savour premium wines by the glass.
